Coheed and Cambria singer-guitarist Claudio Sanchez is finally bringing his solo project The Prize Fighter Inferno to the stage for the first time ever. In 2006, Sanchez released his first electronic-rock album under the moniker, My Brother's Blood Machine, and has since trickled out several EP's and another full-length album, The City Introvert, in 2021.

Somehow, Sanchez has never brought the project to life in the live environment, but in 2024, that will finally happen. The Prize Fighter Inferno has announced a short tour that will begin in February 2024 and extend through early March.

"I've spent the last few months reacquainting myself with the early Prize Fighter Inferno material and I'm sparked with memories that glued triumphs to the tragedies, the spaces in-between, the highlight reel that many don't get to see," Sanchez said in a statement. "These intimate performances could inspire something, maybe even birth a whole new avenue of expression for me, and with that, I welcome the experience and hope the audience will too."
