It's a big day for Brand of Sacrifice. The Canadian deathcore futurists have announced their signing to Nuclear Blast Records. To celebrate, they've dropped a bludgeoning new song called "Purge."
Like the glitchy, electro-infused songs on this year's Between Death and Dreams, "Purge" is another step forward for Brand of Sacrifice. It's astoundingly heavy, but between the breakdowns the band inject pulsing synths and moody effects that build out the atmosphere in a really interesting way.
"'Purge' powerfully delves into the complexities of addiction, weaving a narrative of struggle, but also resilience," frontman Kyle Anderson commented. "It is an ode to personal transformation, showcasing the journey towards becoming one's best self amidst life's challenges."
