Pain of Truth are the new princes of NYHC. Don't believe us? Madball frontman Freddy Cricien does. The New York hardcore icon has a ferocious guest spot on Pain of Truth's new song "You and Me," the latest single from their upcoming debut album, Not Through Blood.
The record features guests from all over the heavy-music spectrum — members of Terror, Trapped Under Ice, Title Fight and even 200 Stab Wounds make appearances — but a handshake between Pain of Truth singer Michael Smith and Madball's main man feels like the most natural fit imaginable.
