Pain of Truth want to see every bone that comes within 50 feet of their presence shattered into a million pieces. Last month, the Long Island hardcore wrecking crew announced their debut album, Not Through Blood, and shared a devastatingly heavy single that featured 200 Stab Wounds vocalist Steve Buhl on the mic.
In fact, every song on the album features a different vocalist (members of Madball, Terror, Trapped Under Ice, etc. make appearances), and today (July 18th) they've dropped another heater called "Under My Skin" that taps Josiah Hoeflinger of Atlanta hardcore crushers Criminal Instinct.
The song is maddeningly heavy, providing a different opportunity to sock someone in the face or front-flip off a stage monitor every five seconds. The mosh part that closes out the track drags on for so long that it actually sounds like it might qualify as an insurance liability when they pull it out live.
In other words, this shit fucking rules. Blast it above via YouTube.
Not Through Blood is out September 8th via DAZE Records, and it's now available for pre-order in a variety of formats. Revolver has teamed with the band for an exclusive "half transparent blue, half transparent yellow" colored vinyl variant — limited to just 300 copies. Get yours from our shop!
