August Burns Red are just about a month out from the release of their 10th full-length album, Death Below, which arrives March 24th via SharpTone Records. The LP is stacked with guests — Killswitch Engage singer Jesse Leach, Underoath screamer Spencer Chamberlain, guitarist Jason Richardson (All That Remains, Chelsea Grin, Born of Osiris) and Erra frontman JT Cavey (formerly Texas In July) — and we previously got to hear Leach's song, "Ancestry" and another knocker called "Backfire. Today, (February 22nd) the Pennsylvania metalcore vets are treating us to the song Chamberlain guests on, "Reckoning."
Clocking in just shy of the eight-minute mark, the song is unusually long for ABR, but the band make full use of the extended runtime; piling on multiple breakdowns, solos and explosive choruses. Listen above via YouTube.
Death Below is now available for pre-order in a variety of formats, including a Revolver-exclusive 2LP vinyl variant on "bloodshot" colored wax that's limited to just 500 copies worldwide. Grab yours from our shop before they're gone!
