High on Fire Announce Fall Tour With Power Trip, Devil Master, Creeping Death

High on Fire have had a turbulent run since they released 2018's Grammy-winning Electric Messiah. Frontman Matt Pike and his band were sidelined when the singer/guitarist experienced complications related to diabetes, which ultimately required the partial amputation of one of his toes and the canceling of two tours.

But we're happy to hear that Pike is apparently gearing up to hit the road. Today, July 22nd, High on Fire announced they will be touring the U.S. this fall with support from Power Trip, black-metal punks Devil Master and death-metal upstarts Creeping Death.

The run kicks off on November 7, 2019, at Levitation Festival in Austin, TX, and continues through the end of the year, wrapping on December 7th in Los Angeles. (See full dates below.)

High on Fire also announced that their April Record Store Day release Bat Salad — a vinyl three-song EP featuring a new original, "Bat Salad," along with covers of the Celtic Frost's "Into the Crypts of Rays" and Bad Brains' "Don't Bother Me" — will now be made available digitally on Friday, July 26th.
