Doc Coyle has been around the block. The Bad Wolves and God Forbid guitarist has spent years embedded in the metal music industry, shredding stages worldwide, hosting his own podcast, The Ex-Man With Doc Coyle, and building up a formidable discography between his two bands.
Last month, Coyle visited the Musicians Institute in Hollywood, CA, to talk all about his life's work.
As part of MI's new Conversation Series with Revolver, Coyle spoke for almost two hours with host Ryan Downey about his own journey becoming a musician, the history of God Forbid, being a live member of Ice Nine Kills' lineup, opening for Metallica, and Bad Wolves' highly-anticipated new album, Die About It (out November 3rd).
