Polish satanists Behemoth recently released their stunning new album, Opvs Contra Natvram, and helped usher the LP out into the world with the premiere of cinematically shot four-song mini-set played atop the Palace of Culture & Science in Warsaw. Today (September 21st), Adam Nergal Darski and Co. offered up another visual treat: the eerie, blood-soaked music video for pvs Contra Natvram's closing cut, "Versvs Christv," which adorns the band's usual blackened death-metal bombast with spare piano lines and clean vocals. Watch above.
"Legions! Thank you for the amazing response to the new record! Wow!" Nergal commented. "It feels extremely validating and liberating to have you with us. And now we present the crown jewel 'Versvs Christvs.' This video was our first time working the amazing director Agata Alexander, an L.A.-dwelling Pole whose vision and execution created this spectacular result. A special shout-out to our friends at Grupa 13 who assisted on the production. Feast your eyes on this, Legions!"
