Pick up Zig and other Poppy vinyl, mags and more over at Revolver's shop
Poppy is just over a month out from releasing her new album, Zig, the genre-bending auteur's first full-length since 2021's Flux. So far, we've heard the club-ready singles, "Church Outfit" and "Knockoff," and today (September 12th), Poppy's back with another revved-up banger called "Motorbike."
Like the previous singles, "Motorbike" resides on the dancey, electronic side of Poppy's wide musical spectrum. It's not a raging metal or punk song like fans have come to expect, but a dark, sleek and fun industrial-pop banger built around the image of a cool girl riding a motorcycle.
In the video, Poppy plays the part of the song's main character, and you can watch while you listen above via YouTube.
Zig is out October 27th via Sumerian Records, and you can pick it up on vinyl over at our shop.
