Every Sleep Token show is special, but last night's Ritual was extra-special. During their December 5th set in Munich, Germany, the masked anonymous band played the song "Take Me Back to Eden" live for the first time ever!
The song is the staggering, eight-minute title-track that sits in the penultimate spot on Sleep Token's 2023 album (a.k.a. the best record of 2023). Understandably, given its lengthy runtime, the band had yet to perform it in the live setting.
That all changed last night when Vessel and Co. played "Take Me Back to Eden" to an elated crowd who were audibly singing back every tender lyric.
