No Distortion
See Baroness' Stunning Acoustic Performance of New Song "Cold Blooded Angels"
Baroness are about to kick off a string of acoustic shows around the June 14th release of their highly anticipated fifth album Gold & Grey. Ahead of that mini-tour, the band has teamed with Revolver to unveil a stunning live video of them playing an acoustic rendition of as-yet-unreleased new song "Cold Blooded Angels." Filmed just outside the Bay Area — at the Lafayette Reservoir and Albany Bulb — the clip captures Baroness singer-guitarists John Baizley and Gina Gleason and bassist Nick Jost performing the seven-minute Gold & Grey cut outside surrounded by nature, with the golden sunset behind them. Here, we proudly present the fifth episode of our "No Distortion" series, which features heavy-music artists switching off their amps, stripping down songs and showcasing their more introspective side.
